SILENT STUDIOS
Silent Studios is a design and music partnership based in London. Their output is a blend of moving image, creative direction, graphic design, installation, musical composition and sound design. They work for business and culture, often in collaboration with creative partners, and pride themselves on delivering inspirational and immersive content.
Resonate is the musical wing of their business, headed up by Silent Studios co-founder Liam Paton. Resonate works closely with directors, animators, designers and illustrators in the composition of original music scores and bespoke sound design.
Founded by Creative Director Nathan Prince and Composer Liam Paton, Silent Studios is a collaborative, flexible and cooperative company. Their clients range from consumer brands like Adidas, Paul Smith and 3 Mobile to charities like Shelter and Youth Music, as well as film, record and production companies like The Mill and Partizan Films. They have established a reputation for beautifully crafted live events, taking a residency at Sketch London and delivering live shows at esteemed locations such as the Saatchi Gallery and at a number of international music festivals.

Silent Studios present the Youth Music Box, a ground-breaking audiovisual installation at the Southbank Centre, created to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Youth Music.
The Youth Music Box is a special kind of recording studio, created and designed for visitors to get together, pick up their instruments, and lay down their very own music track and video. It offers a unique opportunity for the absolute novice to play like a musical prodigy. For all ages, it encourages improvisation, learning and participation.
Inside the Youth Music Box is a musical console table that allows groups of up to four ‘players’ to create music together using cutting-edge technology interfaces linked to real instruments, it a kind of crazy music-making machine. The Youth Music Box is the unmissable free event at the Royal Festival Hall this Summer.
Audiovisual wizards Silent Studios have created a unique user experience through a blend of music, graphics and motion. Working with renown artist Chris O'Shea, they hope to inspire both musicians and amateurs, giving everyone the chance to play on, because play is on.
