PINCH
In 2007, Associate worked with British design brand PINCH on their international re-launch and the launch of the Armoire collection of furniture. Associate developed and delivered a tailored communications package that assisted in raising the profile of the brand, the product and Russell Pinch the designer.
PINCH is the creation of designer Russell Pinch and his wife Oona Bannon. Together, they have developed a pioneering company steeped in a love of natural materials, delighted by the possibilities of furniture and notable for its modesty, calmness and grace.
The PINCH Armoire is designed to be adaptable, bespoke and of lavish quality. Each piece is made to order by an individual craftsman at a leading British cabinetmaker. The interiors are tailored to client needs, with a wealth of components to choose from through to the option of sumptuous leather lining. The different exterior choices offered by Alba, Marlow and Frey are inspired by mid century plaster relief art and challenge classic cabinetry techniques. All editions of the Armoire collection are available in the new 2007 range of PINCH designed paint colours for Siecle.
PINCH is a company that have a wonderfully rounded approach to designing product; attention to detail, sensitivity towards materials and an intimate understanding of production techniques lend their creations integrity and elegance in equal measure.
